Come see me at Bank Books. \nEvent Details: The 2020 Chocolate Fest & Book Fair will take place in Downtown Martinsburg on Saturday\, April 25th. The day will kick off with the Truffle Shuffle 5k at 8 am with a Kid Fun Run at 9 am. From 10 am to 4 pm join in the Chocolate Walk for $5 that includes tasting and indulging yourself in some wonderful chocolate creations throughout the businesses in downtown Martinsburg while also meeting with authors in the businesses. DeFluri’s Fine Chocolates will host tours of the chocolate factory on Saturday at 10 am and 2 pm.

DESCRIPTION:Since 2015 the New River Gorge Creative Residency has afforded writers and artists the unique opportunity to live and work at Lafayette Flats Boutique Vacation Rentals in Fayetteville\, WV. In past years a singular resident has been chosen but this winter\, THREE creatives have been awarded the residency. \nBy tripling the number of residency recipients\, and by selecting all West Virginia based creatives\, we aim to highlight and celebrate the diverse artistic talent thriving throughout the Mountain State. \nThe New River Gorge Creative Residency is designed to provide creatives with a beautiful space to develop their skills while devoting uninterrupted time to a particular project. The winners of this year’s New River Gorge Creative Residency are Matt Browning\, Carly Thaw and Kimberly Trathen. \nA reception for the New River Gorge Creative Residency recipients will take place Thursday\, January 16\, 2020 at 6:30 pm at The Grove in Fayetteville\, WV.
